Orders in the UK are shipped via Royal Mail and takes around 1-2 working days.

We have our stock held in the UK so there are NO import taxes.

International orders are shipped from Thailand via DHL Express or FedEx and takes around 3-5 working days to arrive.

We hold a majority of our stock in Bangkok to make sure we have a lot of products and sizes available that you can't get in the UK or will have to wait months for.

All customers are responsible for import charges.

We are a UK-based company but all our products are shipped from Bangkok, Thailand. This is to make sure we have the largest range of authentic Muay Thai products constantly available for you with brands, designs and sizes that are usually hard to get in other countries like the UK and US.

Yes! We are able to ship worldwide mainly using DHL Express and FedEx but occasionally Royal Mail for some orders.

Contact us by email as soon as possible and we will update the delivery address on your order.

Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped we will not be able to change the address. We will have to wait for the courier to return the item before shipping again.

If you need to change or cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will be able to make changes or cancellations.

However, if your order has already been dispatched we will need to wait until it has been delivered to arrange a return or exchange. 

If a customer refuses delivery for any reason e.g. import taxes or wants to cancel the order after it has been shipped, they will be liable for any shipping charges or import taxes for the item to be returned to our warehouse.
