Shipping Policy

We hold a majority of our stock in Bangkok to make sure we have a lot of products and sizes available that you can't get in the UK or will have to wait months for.

Please be aware that DHL will charge import taxes for orders above £135.

All customers are responsible for import charges.

Please allow 1 or 2 working days for your order to be processed for shipping. All our products are shipped from Thailand and once your order has been dispatched, you will usually get your order within 2 to 7 working days but depending on your country it may take longer.

We are a UK-based company but all our products are shipped from Bangkok, Thailand. This is to make sure we have the largest range of authentic Muay Thai products constantly available for you with brands, designs and sizes that are usually hard to get in other countries like the UK and US.

Yes! We are able to ship worldwide using DHL Express. If you are experiencing issues upon checkout, please contact us here.

Contact us by email as soon as possible and we will update the delivery address on your order. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped we will not be able to change the address. We will have to wait for the courier to return the item before shipping again.

You will get a notification with a tracking number that you can use to track on the DHL website. If you have issues with your tracking number, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you need to change or cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will be able to make changes or cancellations. However, if your order has already been dispatched we will need to wait until it has been delivered to arrange a return or exchange.
