• All our products are shipped from Thailand and once your order has been dispatched, you will get your order within 2 to 5 working days but depending on your country it may take longer. Find out more here.

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you have 14-days after receiving your item to request a return.

You can return your product for an exchange or a refund to the original payment method. 

Any customs charges due are to be paid by the customer.

Note: Customers are responsible for any shipping fees when returning their item(s).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at nakmuaytraining@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
